Battery Side (LV — Low Voltage) Isolated Transistor Drivers

  • 3A (Peak)
  • 150ns (Propagation Delay)

Driver's input have high-frequency filter:

  • 10nF 0805
  • 100 Ohm 0805
  • Fast-discharge diode not installed (DNP)
  • Capacitor 10uF 1210 used as local fast energy source for powering driver; Second capacitor not installed (DNP)
  • Resistor 1 Ohm 1210 connected between driver output and transistor's gate
  • E1DF diode connected in series to power (30A 35ns 200V 1V@1A 1A SMAF(DO-214AD) )

Additionally, to provide stable voltage during current spikes drivers have (before diode): 

  • Electrolytic capacitor 470uF 35V
  • Ceramic capacitor ~0.1uF 1206

Driver's input have high-frequency filter:

  • 10nF 0805
  • 100 Ohm 0805
  • S24 fast-discharge diode (40V; 2A; SBD)
  • Capacitor 10uF 1210 used as local fast energy source for powering driver; Second capacitor not installed (DNP)
  • Resistor 10 Ohm 1210 connected between driver output and transistor's gate

Different drivers use different diodes for powering:

  • HS1M diode connected in series to power (1000V; 1A; 75ns) (TOP IGBT)
  • CRXL02D120G2 (1200 V; 2A; 11.2 nC) (BOT IGBT)

Additionally HV (Solar) Side have snubber circuit (Two resistors 2512 200 Ohm in parallel (100 Ohm Total) and Capacitors 200nF 1206 in series) between COLLECTOR AND EMITTER
