Test with notebook PD charger
There is already exist USB-C vesion of the TP4056 charger, but that chinese board don't support supply form PD chargers.
By the way, possibility to use PD charger it's the main reason of creation custom board.

R1 — can be 0 Ohm, recommend 0.2 Ohm – 0.4 Ohm
R5, R6 is for LED's current limitation, can be used 4.7k-5.1k;
R4 is for set maximum output current, may lower;
RK1 is NTC thermistor for battery temperature control, replace it by 0 Ohm resistor (short it);
